This is the second dress I've made for Lexi using the magazine listed with the first one. Yeah, I'm too lazy to look for it right now.
I don't like the butterflies like the original design. For this dress, I used TLC Cotton Plus Jazz with white trim. This dress is lighter than the one I made with Peaches n Cream cotton.
Lexi is my best friend's granddaughter. She is giving me plenty of practice on making children's clothes. She LOVES clothes even though she isn't three years old yet.
Here is the little lady in her new dress. I had to alter the neckline. I still think it should be a little higher for her. The lighting in each home changed the coloring, too. You can look at a swatch of the yarn at the Coats and Clark site, or at Lisa's yarn site. It really is a pretty yarn.
